HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. The Games Streak program (“Program”) will run during the period determined and communicated by PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk or its affiliates (“Gojek”) through the Gojek App.
2. To participate, users must access the Games feature through the official Gojek App and play the games displayed in the Games Streak module.
3. Under this Program, users must complete the number of games determined by Gojek in order to collect keys and unlock the Vault.
4. The number of games required, number of keys required to unlock the Vault, required play duration for each game, and progress reset period may vary and will be displayed on the Games Streak page or the relevant game page.
5. Each game completed in accordance with the required play duration and/or applicable completion requirements will grant the user keys in accordance with the applicable mechanism.
6. Play duration begins when the user enters the relevant game. Game progress may be retained if the user leaves the game before completing the required play duration or requirements, provided that the progress remains within the applicable progress period.
7. Games Streak progress may refresh based on a period determined by Gojek, including but not limited to a daily, weekly, monthly, or other period communicated on the Program page.
8. Once the user fulfils the required number of keys and/or game-completion requirements, the Vault will be unlocked and the user may tap the Vault to receive one (1) surprise reward in accordance with the applicable Program mechanism.
9. Users may tap the information icon on the Vault to view gameplay instructions, game-completion requirements, and categories of rewards that may be available under the Program.
10. Possible rewards may include Ruby, GoPay Coins, Gojek vouchers, unique voucher codes, and/or in-game items, subject to availability and the terms displayed on the Program page.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This Program is only valid for eligible users who access the Program through the official Gojek App.
2. Each user may only receive a reward after fulfilling the required number of keys and/or game-completion requirements displayed on the Program page and opening the Vault in accordance with the applicable mechanism.
3. Rewards received from the Vault are determined randomly based on the mechanism, probability weight, quota, reward availability, and/or other parameters determined by Gojek.
4. The type, quantity, value, probability weight, daily quota, weekly quota, monthly quota, per-user limit, availability period, and reward-distribution mechanism may be changed at any time without prior notice.
5. Gojek reserves the right to change the number of games required, number of keys required, required play duration, progress reset period, game-completion mechanism, and Vault-unlock requirements from time to time as necessary for the Program.
6. Certain rewards may have limited stock or quotas. Once a particular reward has run out, it will no longer be available until its stock or quota is replenished, where applicable.
7. If all main rewards in a particular period have run out, Gojek may provide a replacement reward, fallback reward, or no reward, subject to the information displayed on the Program page and applicable terms.
8. Ruby and GoPay Coins rewards, where available, will be credited in accordance with the applicable mechanism in the Gojek App.
9. Voucher or unique-code rewards will be provided through the reward-result page, inbox, or another channel determined by Gojek. Users must follow the applicable redemption or claim instructions before the reward expiry date.
10. Users are responsible for ensuring that their account, mobile number, and other information in the Gojek App remain active, valid, and usable for receiving or claiming rewards.
11. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another party, unless otherwise determined in writing by Gojek.
12. Rewards that have been granted cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash, unless required under applicable laws and regulations.
13. This Program is a promotional and gamification activity based on game completion. It does not constitute gambling, a raffle, lottery, or any similar activity under applicable laws and regulations.
14. Users are prohibited from using bots, scripts, emulators, cheats, mods, hacks, third-party software, or any other automated method to obtain an unfair advantage in the Program.
15. Users are prohibited from interfering with, damaging, manipulating, exploiting, or accessing without authorization any system, data, game, Gojek App, or Program reward.
16. Gojek reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel progress, cancel rewards, restrict, or block a user’s access to the Program or Gojek App in the event of suspected violation, fraud, abuse, or unusual activity.
17. Gojek shall not be responsible for a user’s failure to participate in the Program or receive a reward due to, including but not limited to, device issues, internet connection issues, third-party system issues, user error, or circumstances beyond Gojek’s reasonable control.
18. Gojek reserves the right to amend, postpone, limit, suspend, or terminate the Program, gameplay mechanism, reward list, reward quota, or these terms and conditions at any time as necessary and in accordance with applicable policies.
19. By participating in the Program, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Program terms and conditions, as well as the applicable Gojek App terms of use.
