GoFood PLUS is a package that entitles you to a vouchers, discounts and/or other benefits provided by Us, the Delivery Service Providers and/or the Offer Providers in Indonesia (“GoFood+”). These GoFood+ Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of Your GoFood+ package (“GoFood+ Terms”) and are an integral part of the Gojek Terms of Use.

By purchasing a GoFood+ package, you agree to these GoFood+ Terms, as well as any additional terms specified in the offer You receive through the Gojek Application (“Offer”). Your Offer includes important details and restrictions, therefore, please read the details of Your Offer carefully before purchasing a GoFood+ package. Your usage and purchase of the GoFood+ package represents your acceptance of the GoFood+ Terms of Use.

There may be more than one GoFood+ package offered by Gojek which GoFood+ Benefits may vary. Details of each package will be provided under Your Promo Page > Subscriptions.

  • GoFood+ Benefits:

    • You will be entitled to various offers for selected Services within the Application as determined by Us for the duration of your GoFood+ package (“GoFood+ Benefits”).
    • The GoFood+ Benefits can be in the form of, but not limited to, either:
      1. discounts on handling and delivery fee and/or any other fees charged by the Delivery Service Provider(s);
      2. Vouchers to reduce trip fare, cart/product price, platform fee and/or any other fees charged by the Service Provider(s) and/or Us; and/or
      3. other benefits and offers as may be communicated by Us on the Application and/or other official communication channels.
  • Cancellation and Refund:

    1. GoFood+ packages that have been purchased are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Gojek.
    2. You are able to cancel the auto-renewal feature by following the instructions here. Once You cancel, your GoFood+ package will not be renewed but You will still have access to GoFood+ Benefits until the end of package validity period.
    3. In the event of cancellation by You, there shall be no refund on the GoFood+ Fee You paid and/or unused GoFood+ Benefits.
