Can I cancel my GoFood Plus package?

No, you can't. All subscription packages you have bought cannot be refunded. However, you can only cancel an auto-renewal feature* on several subscription packages, marked by the following information: 

To cancel the auto-renewal scheme, please follow these steps:

  • Open the Gojek application, then click PromosSubscriptions

  • Click on the subscription package that you want to cancel

  • On the subscription details page, click the Manage Subscription 

  • Click Cancel subscription

  • Select the reason for cancellation, then click Cancel subscription

Keep in mind that refunds do not apply to cancellations of this automatic renewal. Please use the benefits/discounts from the subscription package until the ongoing validity cycle ends.
