My GoPay balance was lost after cancelling order
When GoPay balance deducted after canceling the order, you can do these things below:
- Ensure you have a good internet connection
- Close and re-open Gojek app
- Log out and log in
But after you’ve done those things above but your GoPay balance is still incorrect, please report it to us by clicking the Contact Us* button below.
