When You post a review of a restaurant in GoFood (“Review”), you have read and agreed with the terms below: 

1. You are responsible for your Reviews. You hereby release us from any liability related to any Review posted on the GoFood platform.
2. Your Review is public. You can choose to hide your name before posting your Review;
3. In your Review, you are not allowed to share:
   • Your personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.);
   • Content that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent or includes inappropriate words, unpermitted advertisement;
   • Content that infringes or violates someone else's rights;
   • Content that attaches viruses or malicious code, spam or do anything else that could disable, overburden, interfere with or impair the proper working, integrity, operation or appearance of our services, systems or products;
   • Any contents that are not complied with our terms and local laws or have a monetization purpose. 
4. Gojek can remove any violated Reviews and deactivate Accounts at our decision.

The above terms are integral to (i) Gojek Platform Users' Terms of Use and (ii) Privacy Notice. We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time.
