  2. Phone loss:Balance loss due phone lost
  3. Your balance was deducted, but you didn’t receive your order or the driver didn’t pick you up

To claim a refund of Money Back Guarantee, please make sure these following things first:

  • You have upgraded your GoPay account to GoPay Plus before the case happened
  • You have set the GoPay PIN before the case happened
  • Have have not claimed this program in the past 6 (six) months
  • Submit your claim in a maximum of 60 days after the case happened
