gojek / 24 Feb 2024

You may be wondering why suddenly your Gojek account that was set up in some of your devices logged out automatically? Yes, we hear you. Regarding our concern for your account safety, we limit your account login for one device only. That means you have to choose one preferred device for your Gojek account.

In case you’re wondering how to get your account logged in. We give you these steps to follow:

  1. Select your preferred device
  2. Login with your mobile number.
  3. After that, you will get a one-time password (OTP) code to verify your account which will be sent via SMS. REMEMBER! Do not share the OTP code to anyone including anyone claiming to be from Gojek!
  4. Enter the OTP code and you can go back to using your Gojek account.

This log in limitation will help you in noticing if your account gets used by someone else in another device. If your Gojek account suddenly gets logged out of your device and you never feel like trying to access your account through another device, don’t worry we’ve got you covered. Follow these steps to secure your account:

  1. Log back into your account by following the steps provided above
  2. If you experience difficulties, you can immediately contact Gojek Customer Service for assistance via email to customerservice@go-jek.com or report via the help page.

Now, if you still have other questions, you can read the Q&A; below.
