At Gojek, your health and safety are our priority. In response to the current challenges, we are elevating our standards through various efforts. Our elevated standards are reflected in the #ProteksiEkstra protocol that we have implemented for all of our services.

These include: driver-partners’ body temperature check to ensure the driver is in a healthy state when performing their duties and vehicle disinfection to ensure the hygiene of driver-partners’ vehicles. Body Temperature Status & Vehicle Cleaning

Not only that but you now can also access the information on driver-partners’ body temperature check and vehicle disinfection as parts of GoFood's commitment to ensure your orders are safe. This info can be seen in the driver's profile that appears after ordering GoCar and GoRide service (depending on the policy of each region), GoSend and GoFood, as you can read here.

Restrictions on the use of plastic bags

To support government regulations on limiting the use of single-use plastic bags, GoFood provides insulated bags and reusable bags for our driver-partners. To support this effort, you can prepare a special clean container for drivers to place your GoFood orders once they will arrive at your location. So you can still maintain a safe distance from each other.

Through these efforts, we hope to provide a safe environment & optimal service for you and our driver-partners. By implementing the J3K protocol together, #ThereIsAlwaysAWay to make life safer and more comfortable.
