Driver canceled my order

If the driver cancels your order, we will automatically find a new driver with the nearest distance from you. For GoFood and GoShop, if the driver cancels your order due to a closed restaurant or store, you can reorder in another restaurant or store.

If after we find a new driver but some drivers still cancel your order, we are really sorry... it could be because the driver is not ready to take the order or there is something urgent that made your order get canceled. However, we will always encourage and educate drivers to take orders when they are ready.


The driver canceled my order and my GoPay balance was lost, what should I do?
