Item shipped by GoBox was damaged
To prevent any damages when you use GoBox to ship your goods, you can do these things:
- Make sure that the dimensions and weight of your goods are per GoBox's terms and conditions
- Padding your items with some filler like crumpled paper, bubble wrap, or air pillows.
- Make sure you have swiped right on ‘fragile item’ before creating an order (see image below), or Print “Handle With Care” or “Fragile” and directly affix a label on your items to take the stress out of the delivery process.
If you have received a broken item after using GoBox, we are really sorry about this. We understand how you feel regarding this incident. With this item protection policy, you can submit a claim if the item you received was broken or lost during the delivery. So, there’s nothing to worry about if you use GoBox :)
