I haven't received my PLN Token
Don’t be panic! If you haven’t received your PLN token, it would be good to check first on the 'History' menu on GoTagihan homepage to see the PLN token that you purchased is succeed. In GoTagihan History, you can see payment details, token numbers, and receipt of your transactions.
If you still have not received your PLN token after making a payment, please wait for up to 1 (one) day.
