I haven't received OTP code

If you did not get a verification code (OTP code) sent via SMS when trying to log in to your Gojek account, set a GoPay PIN, or change your GoPay PIN, follow these steps to get it:  

  1. Enter the phone number registered in your Gojek account
  2. Make sure your phone has a signal to receive an SMS with verification code (OTP code)
  3. Wait for 30 seconds until you get the verification code (OTP code)
  4. Gojek Indonesianever asks for your OTP code in any circumstances . So, if any party asks for OTP code on behalf of Gojek Indonesia or its affiliation, please do not believe and do not share it.
