Refund for payment with credit/debit card

If you use a credit/debit card when ordering Gojek but experience such problems below, you don't need to worry because your balance can be refunded.

  • If you have a problem because the driver completed the order without picking up/delivering the order, please report it in the articles below so we can help you.

If you have a problem where the order got canceled or the transaction failed, but the credit/debit card balance was deducted, worry not. The credit/debit card balance will be returned automatically in the following period:

  • BCA & BRI Bank: maximum 7 working days
  • Other Banks:  maximum 14 working days

If you have waited until the specified time but the balance has not been returned, please report this matter to us via Gojek Help page (under My Profile menu) by clicking the Contact Us* button below.
