I haven’t received my GoPay top up

Don’t worry. All of your transactions are recorded in our system. So, when this happens, please make sure the following:

  1. Check your transfer receipt and make sure you've input the phone number registered to your Gojek account
  2. Your registered phone number is still in use and active
  3. Make sure your transaction is recorded in 'History'
  4. Close and re-open Gojek app
  5. Wait for 2 (two) business days after you top up your GoPay balance

I’ve done all those things, but I still haven’t received my top up. What should I do?

If you've done the steps above but your balance remains the same, please report it to us via Gojek Help page (under My Account menu) by clicking the Contact Us* below.
