I haven’t received my GoPay top up
Don’t worry. All of your transactions are recorded in our system. So, when this happens, please make sure the following:
- Check your transfer receipt and make sure you've input the phone number registered to your Gojek account
- Your registered phone number is still in use and active
- Make sure your transaction is recorded in 'History'
- Close and re-open Gojek app
I’ve done all those things, but I still haven’t received my top up. What should I do?
