If you haven’t received your cashback after making payment at GoPay Merchant, Online Stores, or from GoBills services, please make sure things below:
- You have read the Terms & Conditions of the related promo on this article
- For transaction at GoPay Merchant (Offline transaction), make sure you haven't reach the maximum cashback amount that you can get each month. Please see the information about maximum cashback here.
- You have applied the promo on Gojek app. See how to apply the promo here.
- You have checked GoPay 'History' menu
