How to transfer to bank
To Transfer GoPay balance to the bank, you have to upgrade your GoPay account first. If you have upgraded GoPay account, see the steps below to transfer to bank:
- Choose ‘Pay’ on GoPay menu, then choose ‘To bank account’
*If you can’t find this feature, close the Gojek app first and try to open it again - Choose ‘Instant transfer to new account’. You can also directly transfer to an account that is already registered.
- Choose bank then enter destination bank account number
- ‘Verify’ the bank account number, make sure the account holder’s name is correct, then click ‘Continue’
- Enter the amount you would like to transfer then click ‘Continue’
- Make sure the bank account and total amount are correct then choose ‘Confirm’
- Scan fingerprint/face or enter your GoPay PIN to finish the transaction
- Your transfer to bank will be processed




Notes:
- Minimum bank transfer amount: Rp10.000
- The transfer fee is Rp2.500 for every transaction
- Any bank transfer request will be processed on the same day
- You will get notification or check ‘Inbox’ menu on Gojek app to see your transaction status (Successful or Failed)
