Interface and notification problem

If you experienced some problems while accessing Gojek app, and found these notifications:  

Something went wrong notification 

No GPS notifications

No internet connection notification 


Or other notifications such as: 

  1. Menu, such as GoPay balance or GoPoints, doesn’t appear after updating the application  
  2. Rating menu doesn’t appear 
  3. Driver’s detail doesn’t appear while order still active 
  4. Completed order still shown on the app 
  5. Order detail doesn’t appear 

Please, follow these steps below:

  1. Make sure that you still have mobile data, and active internet connection 
  2. Make sure that you are on 3G, H, or 4G  
  3. Ensure that your GPS feature on your phone is active 
  4. Force close your Gojek app by erasing the cache (clear cache) on your phone, then open your Gojek app again
