I haven't received my PLN Token
If you haven’t received your PLN token, it would be good to check first on the 'History' menu on GoTagihan homepage to see if the PLN token you purchased is successful. In GoTagihan History, you can see payment details, token numbers, and receipts of your transactions.
If you still have not received your PLN token after making a payment, please wait for up to 2x24 hours on business day.
