Auto-payment on GoTagihan was failed

Always make sure these things below so your auto-payment will always succeed:

  • Your GoPay balance is sufficient while on the payment schedule
  • Limit/balance in Credit/Debit card is sufficient
  • Your GoPay wallet isn’t blocked
  • If you changed your GoPay PIN, please reauthorize* your auto-payment first.

If the auto-payment process still fails once you’ve made sure of the things above, please pay your bills manually.
