I haven’t received my transfer to bank
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience if you haven’t received your GoPay transfer to the bank account. Alright, you don't need to worry, all of your transactions are recorded in our system and we’re always here to help if you experience this issue.
When this happens, please make sure the following:
- Go to ‘Chat’ menu then click ‘Inbox’ to see your transaction status (successful or failed)
- Check History on your GoPay menu. Successful transactions will be recorded there.
- Check the destination bank account mutation
- Recheck your GoPay balance amount. GoPay balance will be immediately refunded if the transaction fails.
If you’ve already checked things above, but your bank transfer status is 'IN PROCESS' after one day, please report it to us via Help page (on My Profile menu) in Gojek app by clicking Contact Us* below this article. We will be glad to help.
