Merchant hasn't received my payment
Your payment is successful if the 'Successful Payment' page appears. If necessary, you can also check it on the GoPay 'History' page and show it to the cashier at the store or restaurant as a proof of your payment.
If you have already made a payment, but the store or restaurant still hasn't received your GoPay balance, please report it to us by clicking the Contact Us* button below. Make sure you report it in a maximum of 7 (seven) days after you make the transaction.We will gladly help you.
