I haven't received my GoPay cashback

If you haven’t received your cashback after making payment at GoPay Merchant, Online Stores, or from GoBills services, please make sure things below:

  • You have read the Terms & Conditions of the related promo on this article
  • For transaction at GoPay Merchant (Offline transaction), make sure you haven't reach the maximum cashback amount that you can get each month. Please see the information about maximum cashback here.
  • You have applied the promo on Gojek app. See how to apply the promo here.
  • You have checked GoPay 'History' menu
  • The GoPay total amount that you receive in your account in a month does not exceed Rp20.000.000/month.
