Transaction at online store or other applications failed but my balance was deducted

If a transaction on an online store or another apps fails but shows ‘Completed’ in the Gojek/GoPay app transaction history, the balance will usually be automatically refunded according to the original payment method used.

However, if the refund has not been processed within 2 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays), you should contact the online store or app directly to report the failed transaction, as only they can issue a refund.
