Transactions failed but GoPay Coins is deducted
Recheck your GoPay Coins transaction history on the transaction history page first. If the GoPay Coins are deducted for transactions on the Gojek app that are canceled, please report this to us via Gojek Help page (under My Profile menu) by clicking the Contact Us* button below so we can investigate it further.
