We are really sorry if the driver did not deliver your order, but suddenly the order status was completed/delivered.
Do these things as the first solution:
Check your chat history with the driver (can be seen up to 24 hours after the order is completed). Perhaps the driver has notified and informed that your order/items have been received by someone else.
If there is no news from the driver, you can contact the driver via chat up to 2 hours after the order is completed.
For GoFood, you can call the driver via Orders > History > choose your order > click "Need help" > click "Chat with Support" > click "Driver completed my order without delivering" > give your answer and you’ll find the call button.
However, if the driver cannot be contacted and your order/goods are still not delivered after you have waited, you can report this incident to us by clicking the Contact us* button below.
