How to rate GoMart ordered item

Now you can give a rating of the quality of your GoMart order. 

Follow these steps:

  • Choose GoMart on the Gojek app homepage
  • On the GoMart homepage, you will find the banner to give a rating of your GoMart ordered, then you will be directed to the rating options. Note: The rating options will disappear within 7 (seven) days after ordering or it will be replaced with another order rating option if you complete a new GoMart order afterward.

  • Rate the quality items based on your experience
    • Excellent
    • Good
    • Fair
    • Poor
    • Very sad*
  • You can also give feedback and leave a comment
  • Click ‘Submit’ after you're done

*) If you received a wrong item, you can report it to us via Gojek Help page (under My Profile menu) by clicking the Contact Us button below. Contact Us button only accessible when you open this page on your phone/tablet
