Why can’t the driver start my GoInstant trip?

This usually happens when the service type doesn’t match. For example, you requested GoRide Electric, but the driver is GoRide (or vice versa). To fix it, choose the service type that matches the driver’s.

What if a driver offers to take you without using the app?

For your safety and insurance coverage, always make sure your trip is booked through the app. Trips taken outside the app are not covered by Gojek.
