I can’t add my credit/debit card

If you can’t add your debit/credit card in Gojek app, please make sure the things below: 

  • Your card is activated by the bank issuer for online transactions
  • Your card isn’t blocked by your bank
  • You have a stable internet connection
  • Your card hasn’t expired yet
  • You have input the correct card number or CVV
  • Your GoPay account is active and not blocked

If you’ve made sure of the things above yet you still can’t register your debit/credit card in Gojek app, you can try using other cards or contact the bank of your debit/credit card issuer.
