Driver asked for more payment

If the driver charged you more payment than stated in the application, we suggest you to check whether it is related to your order*, such as the driver's vehicle parking fee when buying your order and others. If it is unrelated to the order, please report it to us immediately by clicking Contact Us button below, so we can help you. 

*) Includes parking fees and toll fees. Parking and toll fees before pick up are the driver's responsibility unless previously agreed to be paid by the customer. *) Payments that occur outside the application / applicable conditions are not our responsibility.
