If your app show an error while calculating the price for your trip, please do the following steps:

  1. Close your Gojek apps in the background, and reopen (or restart) the app.
  2. Make sure your internet connection is stable.
  3. Try to change your payment method.
  4. Lastly, try to repeat transaction and wait until the trip cost in your Gojek app re-appear.
