I experienced a scam

If you experienced a scam for cases like:

  • Someone’s telling you that you won a contest and got a voucher, cashback, special promo, or cash as the prizes
  • Someone’s asking you to transfer certain amount of money or GoPay balance
  • Purchase of goods, services, or top up to someone's bank/account
  • Or other scam cases that you can see in this article

Before you fill in the form on Gojek app, please prepare the following information for smooth investigation process:

  • Screenshot or picture evidence of your conversation with the scammer
  • Contact details of the scammer (phone number/WhatsApp, social media accounts, etc.)
  • Proof of transfer (if you experienced monetary lost)
  • Police report (if any)

In the future, to prevent you from any fraudulent acts, please make sure the information you have is valid. You can get information about Gojek or GoPay below:

Please always be careful of fake accounts admitting on behalf of Gojek or GoPay, because the official Gojek or GoPay accounts have been verified witha tick or verified logo.

Gojek Indonesia never asks for your OTP code (the 4-digits number that Gojek sent to your phone number via SMS when logging in to Gojek). So, if any party asks for OTP code on behalf of Gojek Indonesia, please do not believe and do not share it.

If you experience that someone hijacked your account or account loss because you have given your OTP/Login Link code to someone else, please report it to us immediately in the article: My account was hijacked by someone else
