How to recover Gojek account

If you want to log in to your Gojek account but your registered phone number is lost or inactive, you can follow the steps below to recover your account.

Also, please fill in a new phone number, because to recover your account, we will ask you to enter a new phone number.

How to recover an account:

  • Log in to your Gojek account by clicking 'Login'
  • Click 'I’ve changed my number?'

  • You will be directed to a page where you can recover your account. Please fill in your old phone number first then a verification code will be sent to your email registered with Gojek. If you forget/have an unverified email address, click ? icon  and select an article for more information regarding how to recover your account.

  • Enter the verification code, then enter the new number you want to use
  • You will get a verification code via SMS to the new number. Enter the code, then click ‘Continue’
  • All done! Now you can use your new number in your Gojek account


  • If you can't get the code in your email because you forgot your password, we recommend you to use the forgot password feature in your email first
  • Currently logging in to a Gojek account can only use a mobile number / quick login (face ID & fingerprint) for your account security
