What is Family Account?

Want to book a trip for your child, parents, or other family members more conveniently and safely? Now you can use the Family Account feature!

Family Account allows you to connect multiple Gojek accounts into one family group. Within the group, one person acts as the Admin, while the other family members join as Members.

As an Admin, you can easily:

  • Book GoRide rides for family members
  • Pay for their trips directly
  • Monitor their journeys in real time for added peace of mind

Currently, the Family Account feature is only available for GoRide services.

 

Can I remove a member from my family group?

Yes. Family Account is flexible and can be updated at any time.

If you want to remove someone from your group, please note the following:

  • Only the main Admin or an assigned Admin can remove members
  • Family members can be removed instantly through the Group Settings menu in the Gojek app
