Top Up GoPay Balance Directly in the Gojek App!

We bet you agree that GoPay makes your life easier, because GoPay makes payment hassle-free and so much more efficient. So, make sure to not run out of GoPay balance! To help you with this, Gojek collaborated with BCA to bring you a feature where you can top up your GoPay balance directly from the Gojek app!

Make sure you’ve already installed BCA mobile (m-BCA) on your phone with an active financial transaction. If not, click here.

All you have to do is register it by following the steps below.

How to Register BCA OneKlik in the Gojek Application

1. On the GoPay menu, select Top up.

2. Select Add BCA debit card.

3. Fill in your BCA debit card number and daily limit.

4. Select a mobile number to receive OTP (One Time Password).

5. Enter the OTP code, then click Add Card.


Now you can top up your GoPay balance directly from the Gojek application. Check out the following method!

How to Top Up GoPay Balance Using OneKlik

1. On the GoPay menu, click Top up.

2. On the Instant page, select the available GoPay balance, or enter the desired amount, then click Continue.

3. The application will show the details of the fee to be paid. Select the nominal, then click Continue.

4. On the confirmation page, select Confirm & top up.

5. Enter the PIN code or you can also use the fingerprint or Face ID feature, so that your GoPay process remains safe. *If you haven't created a GoPay PIN, click here to see how to create a PIN.

Want to delete OneKlik data from your Gojek application? Follow the steps below!

How to Delete OneKlik Data

1. On the GoPay menu, click Explore. Then, select Settings.

2. Click Manage Debit Card.

3. Select the Debit Card data you want to delete.

4. Select the trash can logo on the top right.

5. Select Yes to confirm deletion.

IMPORTANT! If you delete the Debit Card, then you cannot register it again, unless you contact HaloBCA first to activate the OneKlik feature on GoJek. This is done to maintain the security of your BCA Debit Card.

You can also change the daily limit. Follow the steps below!

How to Change Daily Limit

1. Open the Gojek application. On the GoPay menu, click Explore.

2. Select Settings.

3. Click Manage Debit Card.

4. Choose the BCA OneKlik card to set the daily limit.

5. Click Adjust Daily Limit.

6. Click on the previous daily limit and set it according to your needs.

7. Click Next and enter your mobile number to get the OTP code. Enter OTP code & tick OneKlik terms and conditions.

8. Click Save. Done!

OneKlik Security Features

OneKlik activation is protected with an encrypted OTP (One Time Password) code sent by BCA via SMS. The OTP code is used to activate OneKlik in the application, so this code is CONFIDENTIAL and CANNOT be shared with others. For complete information about the OTP code can be read here.

There is a PIN (Personal Identification Number) code that protects every GoPay transaction or filling through OneKlik. The function of the PIN code is similar to that of an ATM card, without a PIN code, you cannot top up GoPay. You CANNOT share your PIN code with anyone. Read more about PIN codes here.

Don't worry, storing your BCA OneKlik information on GoPay is safe! Because…

  • GoPay does not store complete data from your BCA debit card.
  • GoPay only stores tokens that have been encrypted and can only be converted by the BCA system.

The following is the minimum and maximum amount of GoPay balance with BCA OneKlik:

  • Minimum nominal is IDR 1.
  • The maximum amount is:
    • IDR 2,000,000 for those who haven't verified their GoPay account.
    • IDR 10,000,000 for those who have verified GoPay accounts.

The balance will be taken from your BCA account that you have registered in the Gojek application. Administration fee of IDR 1,000 per transaction.

How many BCA debit cards can be registered?

For one GoPay account, you can register a maximum of one BCA debit card.

Can one card be registered to more than one GoPay account?

No. You can only register one BCA debit card to one GoPay account.

Why can't I register my BCA OneKlik Card?

Here are the reasons why you cannot register for BCA OneKlik:

You have not activated the m-BCA financial feature. To activate the m-BCA financial feature, you can come to a BCA branch with a Savings Book, ATM Card, and ID card.

You have registered a BCA Debit Card before, but have deleted the BCA Debit Card on the Gojek apps. Please contact Halo BCA at 1500888 or via Twitter at @HaloBCA to be able to re-register Customer's BCA Debit Card.

The BCA Debit Card is currently registered in the Gojek account. If you feel that you have never registered the BCA Debit Card in another account, please contact HaloBCA at 1500888 or via Twitter at @HaloBCA for the registration cancellation process so you can register it on your Gojek account.

Please make sure that:

  • You have activated the m-BCA financial feature at the branch.
  • The registered mobile number has sufficient credit to receive SMS OTP from BCA.
  • Your BCA Debit Card and BCA account are active & not blocked.
  • Have a good internet connection and use the latest applications.
  • You have registered your mobile number for BCA services.

Why can't I top up my balance with my BCA OneKlik?

Make sure that:

  • Your BCA Debit Card is active & not blocked.
  • Your BCA account balance is sufficient.
  • Have a good internet connection and use the latest applications.
  • Enter GoPay PIN correctly.

The transaction was successful, my BCA balance was deducted, but why did my balance fail?

You can contact customerservice@gojek.com for further handling, we will process your balance in a maximum of 2x24 hours.

I got the OTP BCA OneKlik for the Gojek application, but I don't think I've ever registered.

To maintain the security of your Gojek account, make sure you have done the following:

  • Do not give a secret code (OTP) to anyone including Gojek.
  • Install GoPay PIN.
  • Make sure to use an active mobile number & email address.
