The shipper must follow the standard packing requirement as follows:

• Length: 70cm;
• Width: 50cm;
• Height: 50cm; and
• Maximum weight: 20 kilograms (kg)

• The Carrier (Driver) will only accept the carriage of the Parcel if the Parcel is packaged as a single one.
• Gojek requires the responsibility of the sender to describe the package in the note for Drivers. For any reason leading to doubt as to the accuracy of the description of the package, Driver has the right to unpack the package and confirm the description of the package
