If the Driver can not to deliver or return my package, what should I do?

If the Driver can not to deliver the package to the receiver, and sender cannot agree on the return cost, Driver will deliver the package to the Partner Support Center in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi City for storaging.

Please contact to Customer Care directly for your order information.

In addition, Gojek will post the information about undeliverable postal package on the enterprise's website for at least 03 months, including:
  1. Order number;
  2. The date that the order was created on the system
  3. Full name and address of sender and recipient;
  4. The weight of the package;
  5. Reasons for not being able to deliver, not to be refunded;
  6. Expiration date of information disclosure;
  7. Information regarding the return of postal items.
Gojek will support to keep the package at least 03 months from the date the order is created on the system. After this time, Gojek will follow the goverment policy 18/2015/TTLT-BTTTT-BTC.
