In case you need to have contact information of the driver such as: Name, phone number to serve the problems of the trip, order in progress, please follow these steps:

• Go to the 'orders'

• Select the trip/order in progress

• Select the driver information on the screen, including Name and vehicle information

• Press the 'Call' or 'Text' button to contact the driver directly

In case the driver information of the trip/order has been completed, please contact Gojek by selecting the 'Contact us' button below.
