If you cannot to request an order with Gojek services and get these following notifications:

  • Unable to load location
  • Unable to click ‘Order Gojek service’ button
  • Force to close
  • No internet connection
  • Unable to load price

You can follow these simple steps:

  • Check your Internet connection
  • Check location access settings
  • Make sure you are using the latest version of Gojek app
  • Try making an order after a few moments
  • Or try making order again on another device
  • Close the Gojek app on the background, and reopen (or restart) the app

If you still cannot book or receive the message 'Unable to order', please contact us by clicking the 'Contact Us' below. We apologize for the inconvenience.
