I want to cancel GoCar booking
Gojek always aims to bring the best experience to users in each order. If you have an issue with driver on on-going order, please check other articles with solutions. If you still wish to cancel the order, please follow those steps:
- Tap on the on-going order
- Scroll up the page, you will see “ Cancel” button
- Select the cancellation reason
- Select “Confirm"
