How to get order history

Find your last 15 orders within the last 60 days on the Order History page by clicking My Profile > My Orders > History. 

You can also get your order history (for completed orders) by filling in here. Make sure you enter the correct date and within the range of the last 120 days. If you often use Gojek services, you can download your order history regularly, like once a month.

Important!

After filling out the form, your order history will be sent to your registered email in the Gojek app. If you have not completed your email, please complete it first on the My Profile. Click to add your email. Also, make sure your email has been verified.

*Order history in the Gojek app cannot be deleted.
