Rules for participating in the program “Mission possible - Get cool gifts to orders” of Gojek

1. Form of notification of results

  • Announcement time: After  21/12/2022.
  • Users participating in Gojek's "Mission Possible" program, if they are eligible for rewards, will be specifically notified by Gojek.
  • How to announce results: Gojek will proactively contact winners about specific time, location and related information about receiving gifts through notification channel on Gojek application and registered email for Gojek account (sent from email no-reply@marketing.go-jek.com).

2. How to receive gifts: 

2.1. Gift pick-up locations in Ho Chi Minh City

  • Floor G, Gigamall: 240-242 Pham Van Dong, Hiệp Bình Chánh Ward, Thu Duc city
    • Time:  9am to 9pm, December 23rd to 25th, 2022
  • Floor 1, SC VivoCity : 1058 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
    • Time: 9am to 9pm, December 27th to 28th, 2022
  1. Gift pick up locations in Hanoi city
  • Floor 3, Big C Thang Long: 222, Tran Duy Hung, Trung Hoa, Cau Giay, Hanoi
    • Time: 9am to 9pm, December 23rd to 25th, 2022
  • Next to Aquarium Ground, Vincom Mega Mall Times City: Minh Khai Ward, Times City Area, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
    • Time: 9am to 9pm, December 27th to 29th, 2022

After receiving the congratulatory email and confirming the winning, the winner will receive the prize at the place and time mentioned above. When arriving at gift collection location, the winner needs to provide correct personal information, including:

  • Full name
  • Phone number (registered for Gojek account)
  • Email (registered for Gojek account)
  • The unique code

All information will be correctly confirmed by Gojek staff before receiving gifts.

3. General terms of the mission:

  • Users who participate in the mission apply to all general terms and conditions of Gojek's program “Mission possible”.
  • Each user of Gojek can only register 1 account in Gojek application and participate in each mission 1 time during the promotion period. 
  • In case there is a change in the participation rules as well as the time, Gojek will announce through notification on the Gojek application or email no-reply@marketing.go-jek.com.
  • Gojek reserves the right to cancel results for user accounts that violate the general rules of the program or commit fraud or data theft.
  • Any decisions made by Gojek are final, based on the terms of the program and Terms of Use of the Gojek Application.
  • For any questions related to the task, participants should send a direct message (inbox) on the Gojek Vietnam Fanpage or the Support section on the application or email carevn@gojek.com.
  • When participating in the program, participants agree to share data including full name, phone number, email address, unique code with the organizer for the purpose of receiving gifts.

4. General rules about the unique code and gift:

About the unique code of the “Mission possible - Get cool gifts to orders”:

  • Each participant “Mission possible” can only receive 1 unique code for each mission they joined.
  • Participants may not send or share their unique code with any other person.
  • The unique code to complete the mission cannot be cashed or voucher or the purchase of any Gojek product.

About gift:

  • Limited Postcards sets from BTS I Gojek, including 01 postcard box, 02 postcards of BTS | GoFood, 01 greeting card for the winner.
  • If after the gift-receiving time, the winner still hasn't received the gift, Gojek will regretfully cancel the prize.
  • Gifts are only given to the user of the winning Gojek account and not to any other account or person. Gojek is not responsible for any circumstances that prevent the winner from receiving the gift.
  • The winner is entitled to inspect the gift before receiving it. Gojek does not accept returns or exchanges after the winner has confirmed receipt of the gift.
  • Each gift of “Limited Postcards sets from BTS I Gojek” is only given to 1 person/ account with 1 unique code to complete the winning task.
  • The gift “Limited Postcards sets from BTS I Gojek” is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable.
