How many passengers and items are allowed onboard?

First, please swipe the I’ve Arrived button only upon reaching the pick-up location as indicated in the GoPartner App. 


If the number of passengers exceeds seating capacity, you can cancel the trip using the reason “There were too many passengers”. If it is within your cancellation quota, your performance will not be impacted.


To cater for passenger luggage, we recommend that you keep your car boot space free. If the passenger has several bulky items, consider placing some of the items on the passenger seat. However, do take note that the item placed on the passenger seat should not obstruct your view and pose danger to yourself or the passenger. Placing luggage on the passenger seat(s) will reduce the number of passengers allowed on board the ride.


If the passenger has too much luggage, you can cancel the trip using the reason “There was too much luggage”. If it is within your cancellation quota, your performance will not be impacted.


Do note that you can regain your cancellation quota by completing trips. For every 18 completed trips, you will gain one additional impact-free cancellation quota.
