Accident and Safety
I was in an accident and there are injured parties.
- Call the police (999) immediately
- Collect details of all parties involved in the accident, including contact numbers, vehicle numbers; and pictures of the accident (especially damage to vehicles)
- Seek medical attention if you feel unwell
- Call your rental/insurance company if you require further advice on the accident
- Report the accident to your insurance company within 24 hours
- Report the accident to Gojek via in-app help, and a member of our team will be in touch with you
