If you use Gojek to get to work and appointments, here’s how this new feature can help you organize your rides. 


Introducing: Gojek Business Profile! Separate the business from the personal by tagging them – this way, you can track your business expenses all in one place and make claims easier. 


You can also schedule weekly or monthly consolidated business trip reports sent to your registered work email for easy breezy reimbursements.

FAQs


Where can I find my Gojek Business Profile trip reports?
You can find consolidated business trip reports in your registered work email. Depending on your selected schedule, you’ll get weekly or monthly consolidated reports.


These emails may end up in the junk or spam folders – check them in case they aren’t in your inbox.


If you still can’t find them, check if you’ve verified your registered work email address via the Business Profile tab on your Gojek app. If you haven’t, Tap to verify your email.

Alternatively, you can also download your business trip reports from the Gojek app. Click here for a step-by-step guide to download the trip report.


Can I change the schedule of my automated business trip reports?

Yes, you can change your trip report from monthly to weekly and vice versa.


Here’s how:


  1. Tap on the My Profile icon at the left corner of your Gojek home screen
  2. Select Business profile menu
  3. Tap on the Edit button
  4. Select time period that you want for automated trip reports
  5. Click Save


Help, I can’t create a Gojek Business Profile!

Make sure that your Gojek app has been updated to the latest version (4.57 for Android users and 4.58 for iOS users) to start using Business Profile. 

You won’t be able to create a Gojek Business Profile if you’re already registered with GoCorp with your current company. 


If you’re still unable to create a Business Profile, email us at support.sg@gojek.com – we’ll get it fixed ASAP! 


Can I have multiple Business Profiles in one Gojek account?

No, you can only create one Business Profile per Gojek account. 


Why do I need to verify my Gojek account or work email for my Gojek Business Profile?

We’ll need your verification so we can email consolidated business trip reports to you. 


Your work email address for Gojek Business Profile will not be used for promotional purposes – you'll only receive business trip reports from Gojek.
