Driver has completed my order status without delivering it

We always strive to give the best service to our customers. Therefore, we aspire to improve our services by educating our drivers regularly to obey the service policies and procedures.

To improve our services safety and quality you can give a rating for your driver after your order completed. If you forgot to give a rating to the driver, you can open ‘My Profile’ page from the Gojek home menu then click ‘My Orders’, click 'History' icon at the top right corner of the page, and choose the order that you want to give rating.

If you experienced things like driver has completed your order without delivering your food/item(s), we are deeply sorry about this. What you experienced really violates the Gojek service’s policies and procedures and we will act firmly on driver who did that, so it won't be repeated in the future.

Notes: You can still chat the driver up to 15 minutes after your order is completed, so you can check whether the driver has already informed you about the item you ordered. After that you can no longer reply or chat the driver, but you can still see the chat history for 24 hours.
