Good news for all of you, GoPay introduces a new feature that will make interaction between users more FUN and EXCITING through the GoPay Feed.

With the GoPay Feed, you can share moments with your friends and give commentson their moments. For example, when you or your friends send GoPay balance for a joint meal, or send gifts using cute messages and themes.

Accessing the GoPay Feed

If you are confused about how to access the GoPay Feed, you can directly access it via the Gojek application homepage. Check out the steps for exploring the GoPay Feed below.

Here are the steps: 

1. Click the Explore icon at the top right.
2. Select the Like  and Comment  icon if you want to give comment on the status of the moment in the Feed.
3. You can like and comment on moments in your and your GoPay friends Feed.

If your Feed is still empty, you can transfer or request GoPay balance, so your friends will be added as your GoPay Friend and you can share exciting moments with them on GoPay Feed.

Change Photo Profile

By default, your profile will be displayed with your name on the Gojek application. But you can change your profile using a photo of yourself.

Here are the steps: 

1. Choose your name.
2. Open Edit Profile  by clicking the icon on the top right.
3. Choose Select from Gallery.
4. Upload your photo clearly so that your friends can easily recognize your photo profile.
5. Enter email address & full name. Make sure, the full name is the same as the name in your valid ID.

Setting Privacy Moment

Every time you send GoPay to your friends, you have the option to choose Friends  or Private. However, if it is not selected, by default the privacy status will be set to Friends. Friends  means that your transaction messages in the Feed can be seen by you, the recipient, your GoPay friends, and the recipient's GoPay friends. But the transaction amount can only be seen by you and the recipient.

If you don't want the transaction message between you and the recipient to be seen by your GoPay friends and recipient GoPay friends, you can set it via the Edit Privacy feature and change it from Friends to Private. Private  means that you and the recipient can only see, like, or comment on your GoPay balance.

You can change your privacy settings right before transferring your GoPay balance, writing a message, and adding a theme. 

Here are the steps:

1. Determine the nominal balance and add a message and select the desired theme.
2. Click the privacy option and change from Friends  to Private.
3. Click the Confirm & Pay  button to send.

Or, you can immediately change it in your feed moment.

Here are the steps:

1. Click the moment in the Feed and select the icon.
2. Then, select Edit Privacy Settings.
3. Then, select Private.
4. Click the Apply  button.

Note: Recipients can change the privacy settings for posts they get from Friends to Private. The thing to remember, all posts that have been changed to Private cannot be changed to Friends anymore.

Change Friend Status

If you send or receive a GoPay balance from someone, that person will be immediately added to your GoPay friends list. You and your friends can like each other or comment on exciting moments.

But if you want to control which GoPay friends can see your Feed moments, you can change the status from Friend to Unfriend through direct Feed moments.

Here are the steps:

1. Click Recent friends  in your Feed moment. Then, choose the name of the friend you want.
2. Next, click the iconon the top right.
3. Select Unfriend.
4. Click Yes, Unfriend.

Or, through your GoPay friend's profile.

Here are the steps:

1. Click Recent friends  in your Feed moment.
2. Then, choose the name of the friend you want.
3. Click the triple line icon below the profile picture.
4. Then, select Unfriend.
5. Then, select Do it.

After Unfriend, you will not get updates from them and they also cannot see the moments in your Feed.

Report and Delete Comment

Feeling annoyed at some moments or comments on your GoPay Feed? You can report or delete these moments or comments easily.

See the steps below to report a comment.

Here are the steps:

1. Clickon the comment on the moment you want to delete.
2. Select Report comment.
3. Select the reason why you are reporting the comment.

Refer to the steps below to delete comments.

Here are the steps:

1. Clickon the comment on the moment you want to delete.
2. Select Delete comment.
3. Confirm by clicking the Delete  button.
4. You will get a message if the comment has been successfully deleted.
