Of course – to pay with Points, you’ll need a valid yuu Membership, which you can sign up for when you download the app. Make sure your yuu and Gojek accounts are also linked to start earning Points and using them to offset your rides.

What are the benefits of linking my yuu and Gojek accounts? How do I start?
You’ll need a yuu Account to start earning yuu Points. Get started by downloading the yuu App here – then sign up for an account before linking it to the Gojek app. You’ll need to be logged in to your yuu Account on the same device for it to be linked with this Gojek account.
Once linked, you will start earning yuu Points on all your Gojek trips (except GoTaxi). You’ll also be able to use your yuu Points to save more on rides!
How can I start earning yuu Points with yuu and Gojek? How many Points will I earn?
Upon linking, you will automatically start earning 1 Point for every $1 spent on completed trips (except GoTaxi). DBS yuu Card and PAssion POSB Debit Card holders will earn additional points – see here for more details.
Note that ERP charges, tips, voucher pack purchases, and RideShield / Edit Destination / Waiting / Cancellation fees are not eligible for yuu Points – along with any vouchers applied.
Can I link more than 1 yuu Account to my Gojek account?
Unfortunately, you can only earn on one yuu Account for each Gojek account linked. If you want to use a different yuu Account, you’ll have to unlink the current Account first.
How do I use my yuu Points to save on Gojek rides?
It’s easy! You can pay with Points directly on the Gojek app as you’re booking your ride. Just enter your pick-up and drop-off destinations as usual. Then, tap on the Vouchers tab beside your chosen payment method, and select the amount of yuu Points you want to redeem – along with any vouchers you might want to use. You can also use your Points to redeem a Gojek voucher via the yuu App.
Note: yuu Points can be used to save on all ride types except for GoTaxi.
How much are my yuu Points worth?
Every 200 Points gets you $1 off. You’ll have to redeem a minimum of 200 Points every time you want to offset the fares with yuu.
I want to use my voucher. Can I still redeem yuu Points on the same ride?
Yes, of course! yuu Points can still be used to offset the fares after your voucher has been added to the trip.
Will I still earn yuu Points if I’ve used them to offset fares on the same ride?
Yes – you will continue to earn 1 yuu Point for every $1 spent on the entire fare, even if they’ve been partially paid for with Points. For example, if your fare total is $20 and you’re redeeming $3 in Points, you’ll get Points for the full $20.
I’m redeeming yuu Points for my ride. What happens if there are changes to my trip?
If your trip is cancelled or not completed, the Points will be returned to your yuu Account in a few minutes – not to worry.
If you’ve been charged extra fees (e.g. ERP charges, Edit Destination fees, etc.), no further yuu Points will be deducted from your yuu Account. The additional fees will be charged to your default payment method selected for the trip.
If your trip has been completed but needs to be refunded, you’ll be given a voucher equivalent to or more than the number of Points you’ve redeemed. Note that in this case, Points will not be returned to your yuu Account.
There seems to be multiple debit transactions on my yuu Account, when I’ve only used my Points to offset fares for a single trip.
You may see a debit transaction on your yuu Account – this is to put a hold on the Points as we confirm your trip. If the trip is cancelled, these Points should be returned to your Account within a few minutes. A final deduction will only be reflected after your trip is completed.
