Gojek T&Cs for Retention Campaign

A. Definition

1. “Eligible User” refers to a User who has booked and successfully completed 8 trips within a calendar month during the Period.
2. “Promotion” refers to this promotion, where a User must fulfil the requisite activity or criteria in order to enjoy the rewards.

B. Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is valid from 1 November 2023 to 31 January 2024 (referred to as “Period”).
2. To be eligible for the Promotion, a User must book and successfully complete 4 trips within a calendar month during the Period.
3. Eligible Users will receive the stipulated reward in the form of 1 x $8 off Deliveroo vouchers by the 5th working day of the following month. The vouchers will automatically be credited to the Eligible User’s Gojek account in the form of a single voucher code, which can be redeemed on Deliveroo's platform.
4. Each voucher is valid for 2 months according to the date specified in the voucher terms and conditions.
5. This Promotion is limited to the first 140,000 Eligible Users in each calendar month.
6. Each User is only entitled to participate in the Promotion once every calendar month during the Period. Upon receiving the reward for the Promotion in a relevant month, an Eligible User will not receive any further rewards for trips taken during that month.
7. Trips accumulated during each calendar month cannot be carried over to the succeeding month.
8. The use of any Deliveroo vouchers, products and services is governed by and subject to Deliveroo's policies and terms and conditions, which can be found at https://deliveroo.com.sg/legal. It is your responsibility to review the said policies and terms and conditions before using the rewards in this Promotion.
9. Your use of the Gojek application shall continue to be governed by the User Terms of Use.
10. Gojek may terminate or modify this Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time at its sole discretion.

Deliveroo Vouchers T&Cs

• Provided voucher code is valid for 2 months according to the date specified in the voucher terms and conditions.
• Each Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if Deliveroo considers it appropriate, or if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Deliveroo’s control, the Offer may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative in Deliveroo’s discretion.

Gojek T&Cs for Voucher Packs

• The use of any Deliveroo vouchers, products and services is governed by and subject to Deliveroo's policies and terms and conditions, which can be found at https://deliveroo.com.sg/legal.
• Gojek does not make any warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of Deliveroo goods or services.
• Gojek is not an agent or representative of Deliveroo, and does not assume any liability, obligation or responsibility for any representation or content published by Deliveroo or any part of Deliveroo's voucher, product, service, offer or promotion, including but not limited to any modifications or discontinuance of the same.
• Users with queries in relation to a Deliveroo voucher, product or service shall contact Deliveroo directly at support@deliveroo.co.sg.

Gojek Vouchers T&Cs

• The voucher is only valid for the GoCar and GoCar XL in Singapore and may only be applied to non-cash orders.
• Each voucher is valid for only 30 days in the Gojek app.
• At Gojek’s discretion, the voucher may only be applied towards the fee charged by Gojek and/or the service provider in connection with the user’s order made via the Gojek app. The voucher may not be applied towards any additional charges such as cancellation fees, tolls, road-usage charges, takeaway charges, building or area entrance charges incurred and any other applicable surcharges (such as but not limited to peak hour and midnight surcharges), which the service provider shall be entitled to collect from the user.
• The voucher may only be used once, and is not refundable, replaceable, or exchangeable for cash.
• No refund shall be given if the value of the voucher used exceeds the fees charged by the service provider. 
• Only one voucher can be used per transaction. Vouchers may not be valid when used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or other vouchers.
• If the user chooses to make payment for the trip in cash, Gojek shall not be responsible for any errors in the amounts paid by the user to the service provider.
• Gojek reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the voucher without prior notice. Gojek will use its reasonable endeavours to give prior notice of any material changes to these terms and conditions; however it is the user’s responsibility to review the voucher terms and conditions before using the voucher, and the user’s use of the voucher will constitute his/her acceptance to the amendments.
• The use of the Gojek Application shall continue to be governed by the User Terms of Use (accessible at: https://www.gojek.com/sg/terms-and-conditions/). 

Deliveroo Voucher T&Cs

• Voucher code will be available on the Gojek app until the date indicated within the app. 
• Each Voucher code will unlock 2 x $3 vouchers in your Deliveroo app. OR Each Voucher code will unlock $20 credits in your Deliveroo app.
• Once the Voucher code is keyed into your Deliveroo app, vouchers will be valid for use on the Deliveroo app for 6 months. 
• Each Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if Deliveroo considers it appropriate, or if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Deliveroo’s control, the Offer may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative in Deliveroo’s discretion.
