What’s changing
We’ve taken your feedback seriously and we’re making it easier for you to qualify and requalify for the GoalBetter Pro and Elite tiers by lowering the trip requirements.
From 1 Jun 2025, we will be reducing the trip requirements for qualification and requalification for the GoalBetter Pro and Elite tiers*:
👉 Pro: 1,000 trips with min 4.6 rating (previously 1,400 trips)
👉 Elite: 1,700 trips with min 4.7 rating (previously 1,800 trips)
👉 Elite requalification: 1,600 trips with min 4.7 rating (previously 1,700 trips)
*Qualification is based on trips accumulated and average rating in the past 3 months (e.g. 1 Mar - 31 May 2025). Upon achieving your tier, you will continue to enjoy your tiered benefits for a minimum of 3 months without worrying about being downgraded.
These adjustments are designed to recognize your efforts more fairly and help you enjoy the rewards you’ve earned.

To support you on your journey, your in-app tier tracker will be updated to reflect the new requirements. You can view your progress toward the updated Pro and Elite tier requirements from 22 May 2025. Use the in-app tracker to monitor your trip count and stay on track.
[From 9 Jun] Lower trip requirement to receive additional 3% weekly fuel rebates for Pro driver-partners
Starting 9 Jun 2025 (Mon), the weekly trip requirement to receive an additional 3% Gojek weekly fuel rebate will be reduced.
Pro driver-partners will only need to complete 100 trips per week (previously 110 trips) to qualify for +3% rebates on their total gross fuel spend (capped at $450).
Elite driver-partners will continue to be eligible for the highest tier of +5% fuel rebates by completing at least 140 weekly trips.
