Haven’t linked your Gojek Esso Fuel Card to your Esso App
Driver-partners who have not registered and linked their Gojek Esso Fuel Card to the Esso App will receive their monthly eVouchers via Gojek Driver app inbox within 7 working days*** from the start of the month.

*22% upfront with Gojek Esso Fuel Card + up to 10% Esso fuel eVouchers.

Q: Can I use multiple eVouchers in 1 transaction?
A: Yes, you can use vouchers of the same denomination in the same transaction if you hit the minimum spend for each voucher. Eg. $6 x 2 vouchers on $120 gross fuel transaction.
Q: Is there a limit to how many eVouchers I can use in each transaction?
A:There is no limit to the number of eVouchers that can be redeemed in a single transaction, as long as they are of the same denomination and meet the minimum spend requirement for each voucher.
Q: When will my eVouchers be in my Esso App?
A: Your eVouchers will appear in your Esso App on the first working day of each month.
Q: I’m a new driver and was successfully onboarded onto Gojek after the 15th of the month. When will I get the eVouchers?
A: Newly onboarded driver-partners for the month may only receive the eVouchers in the following month, depending on the date that you were onboarded. For example, if you were onboarded onto Gojek on 16 October 2025, you will receive your monthly eVouchers starting on 1 December 2025. In the meantime, you may contact Abecha directly to receive your unique eVoucher links.
Q: It’s after the 1st working day of the month and I still don’t see my eVouchers in the Esso app. What should I do?
A: If you linked your Gojek Esso Fuel Card to your Esso App after the 15th of the month, your eVouchers will still be sent via Gojek Driver app inbox immediately next month.
For example, if you linked your Gojek Esso Fuel Card to the Esso App on 19 Oct, you will continue to receive your fuel eVouchers via Gojek Driver app inbox on 1 Nov, and you will not see any eVouchers in your Esso App. From 1 Dec, you will receive the fuel eVouchers in your Esso App, and will not receive any notification from Gojek.
Do note that newly onboarded driver-partners for the month may only receive the eVouchers in the following month.

Q: I’m using the physical Gojek Esso Fuel Card. How do I access the fuel eVouchers?
A: We recommend that you link your physical Gojek Esso Fuel card to the Esso App in order to easily access your fuel eVouchers via the app. For detailed instructions on how to do so, click here.
You may access your eVouchers by opening the Esso App and selecting the ‘MY ID’ tab. From there, choose ‘Available Rewards’ and select the desired eVoucher(s) to use. Afterward, simply scan your QR code at the cashier to enjoy your voucher discount.
For a limited time only, active Gojek driver-partners with the physical Gojek Esso Fuel card who have not linked their card in the app can receive their fuel eVouchers via Gojek Driver app inbox within 7 working days from the start of the month.
